Summary
Disneyhasn’t technically hit pause on theMCU, but the release rate of its movies and shows has been slowed significantly. That’s partly due to projects that were pushed back during the pandemic bottlenecking, but also even the most hardenedMarvelfans feeling a little fatigued. There will only be one MCU movie released in 2024, and it’s a big one. Deadpool & Wolverine, technically marking each character’s debut in the franchise, andFunko Popsbased on their looks in the team-up movie are now available.
The Pops dropped on Amazon shortly after the first full trailer for the film hit social media on Monday. Revealing a little more about what the premise of the movie is going to be, it looks likeDeadpoolgoes looking for Wolverine in an attempt to convince the X-Man to help him save the world. That’s after Wolverine failed to save his own world, all but confirming the mutant has been pulled into Deadpool’s universe from elsewhere.

The Deadpool Pop! has the masked merc holding a fighting stance, one sword held out and the other down by his side. Seems like we’re going to be seeing the lead characters stab each other a lot in between brief bouts of getting along and the figures reflect that. Not only is Deadpool sword-ready, but the Wolverine Pop! has its blades out. And I mean all the way out, not only a little bit out like they are the first time you see them in the new trailer.
Where To Buy Deadpool & Wolverine Funko Pops
Deadpool & Wolverine Deadpool Funko Pop!
Based on the anti-hero’s look in Deadpool & Wolverine, the merc with a mouth is wielding duel blades just like he does frequently in the movie. The Funko Pop! has incredible detail on Deadpool’s suit to make it look as though it’s really made out of fabric.
Each Pop! is $12.99 and while they’re selling out fast, Amazon does seem to be staggering stock. The Deadpool figure is available to pre-order now through the link above and will be released on June 17. The Wolverine Pop! appears to be out of stock on Amazon, but you canstill grab it at Entertainment Earthwith the same release date as the Deadpool one. It’s also a dollar cheaper than it was listed for when in stock on Amazon, as is the Deadpool one which is still in stock on both sites.
With so many Deadpool and Wolverine Funko Pops out there already, the toymakers have done a great job of making these ones look unique. Particularly the Wolverine figure which has a good amount of stubble to help signify the man behind the mask has really been through some stuff. Both Pops also have a faint pattern on their costumes to make them look like they’re really made of material rather than just smooth plastic.
