From the day the news broke about Xbox attempting to acquire Activision Blizzard to now, the first Call Of Duty release under the Xbox banner has been a long time coming. That day is now almost upon us as the release ofCall Of Duty: Black Ops 6is right around the corner, launching on July 29, 2025, on not only Xbox but on PC and PlayStation too.

Differences Between Call Of Duty Black Ops 6 Editions And Pre-Order Details

Black Ops 6 has a Standard Edition and a Vault Edition. Naturally the Vault Edition is slightly more expensive than the base version -$70 for the Standard, $100 for the Vault- but you can see everything you get for that additional $30 below and gauge whether it’s worth it for yourself.

Both editions of Black Ops 6 previously included access to its beta as a pre-order bonus, but if you left it until now to buy the game, you’ve already missed out.

Pre-ordering either edition of the game will get you the Woods Operator Pack, but there’s a catch. The pack is for use inModern Warfare 3, not Black Ops 6. The good news is the bonus will unlock as soon as you place your pre-order, but it presumably won’t be coming with you when you make the jump to the next game on October 25. All of the added bonuses included in the Vault Edition are for Black Ops 6.
