Summary
The troubled lands ofSker Ritualare home to all manner of foul undead creature. Some of the foes you’ll tangle with include blazesingers, banshees, zombies armed with axes, invisible enemies, and elite bosses equipped with devastating abilities.
Thankfully, you don’t need to defeat these monsters with your bare hands. In fact, there’s a fair selection of weapons to take up in your mission to cleanse Sker of its pending zombie apocalypse. Some of these weapons are a bit more reliable than others though. And trust us, when you’re facing zombies imbued with magic, you’ll want to be well-armed.

11MX1910
Gotta Start Somewhere
This is the starter pistol that you spawn into the game with. Unsurprisingly, its damage falls off pretty quickly as the game progresses and your zombie foes gain increased health values. That being said, the MX1910 can easily carry you through the first five or six rounds if you know what you’re doing.
In other words, if you may consistently land headshots and safely use your melee attack. This weapon’s worth mentioning if for no other reason than the fact that every player has to use it to start the game. It might be the worst gun in the game, but, in the right hands, it can save you a lot of money towards making more important purchases.

10Hunting Rifle
Zombies Aren’t For Hunting
In contrast to the starter pistol, it’s hard to see a valid reason behind ever using this weapon. Sure, it delivers a powerful single shot, but it’s a bolt-action rifle. Reloading after every shot is a liability when you’re facing down tens of zombies at a time.
Purchasing the fast hands perk can offset the weapon’s reload time to a certain degree, but it’s nowhere near as helpful as it needs to be for this rifle to compete with the other purchasable weapons in the game — our advice: avoid the hunting rifle whenever possible.

9Revolver
I Count Six Shots
The revolver’s six-cylinder chamber somehow holds 12 shots and each one is capable of killing a zombie if you’re landing headshots. This is the first weapon truly worth upgrading to higher tiers. However, you really do need to be a marksman to make the purchase.
Body shots with the Revolver simply won’t cut it, especially on later waves where the zombie swarms keep coming. Funnily enough, it almost seems easier to land headshots while firing from the hip when you’re using this weapon. Place the zombie’s head at the center of your hip fire reticle and pull the trigger. The accuracy might just surprise you.

8Joseph Heavy Automatic
You Were The Chosen One
Strangely enough, the heavy machine gun in this zombie shooter is pretty underwhelming. The iron sight on this weapon makes it annoyingly difficult to see where your bullets are going. Unfortunately, upgrading the gun doesn’t remedy this issue.
The reload time is also incredibly long. This is pretty standard for a heavy machine gun, but it feels like the Joseph doesn’t put in enough work to allow you a safe reload. Ultimately, this is a clunky weapon that’s outclassed by many of the other available options.

7MP18A
That’ll Do Pig, That’ll Do
The MP18A is your submachine gun option. The sight is easy to use and the rate of fire is difficult to disagree with. However, the damage on this weapon is a little light. The MP18A is perfectly serviceable throughout the game, and a preference for this weapon is understandable.
As you reach levels 20 and beyond though, the MP18A begins to fall behind many other guns. Even though the damage increases every time you upgrade this weapon, it’s not enough to keep up with the zombies' increased hit points.

6Crossbow
So Many Wooden Stakes And No Vampires?
This may be a more controversial rating, but the Crossbow appears to be a very powerful selection. The Crossbow fires three bolts every time you pull the trigger, and each bolt deals a massive amount of damage, especially in the case of a headshot. Assuming you can line up your zombies properly, this weapon has the potential to eliminate three targets on every shot.
With the right miracles, the bolts can even pierce targets and headshotrows of zombiesstanding in a straight line. Finally, the Crossbow’s true potential is unlocked whenever you pick up the unlimited ammo power-up. Ignoring the reload time on this weapon allows you to inflict amounts of damage potentially unmatched by any other purchasable weapon currently in the game.

5Double-Barreled Shotgun
A two-shot wonder, the Double-Barreled Shotgun’s biggest failing is also its namesake. The spread fire on this weapon allows you to kill multiple zombies with a single round, but it’s not quite enough of a spread to make up for theconstant reloading.
One thing the double-barrel is very good for is focusing down single targets like bosses. The double-barreled single-target damage is unmatched at extremely close range, but using it does put you in a precarious situation. Expert players will probably get the most use out of this weapon.

4RS10
Pump Up The Jam
In contrast, the RS10 pump-action shotgun has a respectable eight shots before requiring a reload. The reload time is fairly long for this weapon, but it’s capable of punching a big enough hole in the zombie waves to offer you a break for reloading.
One thing to keep in mind with this shotgun is that once you start the reloading sequence, you can’t stop it. Be sure you’re in a safe spot and potentially ready to switch to your secondary any time you go to put more shells in the chamber. Aiming down the sight of this shotgun minimizes the fire spread considerably, which is important to keep in mind when facing bosses.

3Sie Rogotti
This Weapon Proves Italians Can Make More Than Pasta
If you like the Hunting Rifle, just purchase the Sie Rogotti instead. It’s like the Hunting Rifle, except it comes with a 20-shot magazine that doesn’t require you to reload after every single shot. Similar to the revolver, it’s arguably easier to consistently land headshots with this weapon by using the hip fire reticle.
On headshots, the Rogotti deals a respectable amount of single target damage that will keep up with enemy health values at rounds well into the late 20s. This is your safe bet weapon for mowing down bosses with repeated headshots. It’s not quite as powerful as the Double-Barreled Shotgun or Crossbow, but it’s a lot easier to wield in these situations.

2Pavlov Avtomat
Russians Are Notorious Zombie Experts
Your typical AK-47-style assault rifle. This is the big brother to the MP18A. If automatic fire weapons are your forte, look no further than the Pavlov. The recoil is fairly easy to control, allowing you to empty entire magazines into the headshot zone ofzombie wavesand bosses alike.
Additionally, the damage on this weapon keeps up with zombie hit point increases into rounds as late as the high 20s. Whereas the Sie Rogotti requires a touch of patience and skill to dependably land headshots, you can unload the Pavlov, hit a fair number of body shots, and still be happy with the results.
