If you want to beat this boss and claim your spot on the leaderboard, you’ll need to put together the perfect team. How To Beat Snow Stomper In Dream Realm
Snow Stomper’s main mechanic is its ability to freeze the Hero who has thehighest accumulated damagein a block of ice, making them unable to attack. This frozen Hero will also take a percentage of their health as damage every second until they are broken out of the ice.
Your other Heroes willautomatically attack the block of iceto free the frozen Hero.
Additionally, Snow Stomper caninterrupt your Heroes, usually targeting yourtank or healer. Because of this, running a healer with a channeled healing skill like Smokey & Meerky can be difficult, as they will be frequently interrupted,canceling the healing.
Since you won’t be able to rely on consistent healing with a dedicated healer, you’ll have to bringalternate sources of healinglike theAwakening SpellArtifact or Heroes who can heal themselves.
You’ll want to bring Heroes who can perform the following roles for this fight.

Tanking in the Snow Stomper fight works a little differently than other Dream Realm boss fights. Because Snow Stompermainly uses AoE attacksthat hit all of your Heroes, drawing its attention to just one Hero, like a tank, doesn’t exactly work out.
That said, there are a few Heroes that can greatly increase your survivability, likeThoran. This Hero has the ability to takehalf of all the damage the Hero behind him receives, which is extremely valuable for this fight. Using Thoran, you can protect your highest-damage Hero without relying on healing.
If you don’t have Thoran, there are a few alternatives you can try.
Best DPS For Snow Stomper
High damage is one of the main requirements for this fight; because you’re able to’t rely as much on tanking and healing,brute force will be your main strategy. Because of this, you’ll want to bring at leasttwo high single-target damage Heroes.
MarileeandOdieare two of the strongest Heroes for this role. Their single-target damage is very high, and it can be increased even further with adedicated physical damage debuffer like Kruger. We’ll take a deeper look at debuffers below.
If you have the room, a third DPS Hero is definitely the best choice to fill out your team. Here are a few good options.
Best Buffers For Snow Stomper
Without a healer, you’ll be relying on buffs more than ever to keep your team alive; strongoffensive and defensive buffsshould make up for the lack of a healer.
Shakiris a great choice for this role thanks to his high single-target damage and strong offensive buffs. The only issue with Shakir is how much he moves during battle; it may be difficult to keep hisLupine Auraactive on your ranged DPS Heroes like Marilee or Odie.
Other than Shakir, there are a few decent buffers you’re able to use.
Best Debuffers For Snow Stomper
Similar to buffs, debuffs play an important role against the Snow Stomper. Because our strategy for this fight is to simply deal as much damage as possible before the boss kills you, you’ll want to havestrong damage-increasing debuffs.
To that end, we recommend takingReinierorKrugeralong for this fight. Reinier provides a25 percent increase to all damage takenby the boss (when Ascended to Mythic+), allowing your entire team to deal increased damage. On the other hand, Kruger provides a massive40 percent increase to physical damage taken.
Kruger can also double as a tank and strong DPS, making him a great all-around choice.
