Almost every popular toy or merchandise maker seemingly has the right to use theStar WarsIP. For instance, there are manywonderful Star Wars Funko Popsand clothing items. So, it’s no surprise to see Kotobukiya get in on the act. This is a company that makes highly detailed and realistic-looking figures, which are perfect to put on display.
They’ve got a whole line of Star Wars ones that they’ve been releasing since 2014. They are inspired by plenty of different Star Wars projects, including the movies, TV shows, and Disney Plus series. The following ones are the best currently available.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Captain Rex ARTFX+ Kotobukiya Statue
The Most Underrated Star Wars Character
Captain Rex looks incredible as a Kotobukiya figure. He wears his signature white clone trooper outfit and has distinct blue markings on his helmet and arms. The man also has two blasters. He’s pointing one forward while the other remains in his holster.
While he has appeared in a few different Star Wars projects, Captain Rex will always be most known for his spell in The Clone Wars animated series. As such, this figure is based on his look from that show.

It’s an almost perfect re-creation, from the helmet to the outfit. All the little details are there, including the chipped paint on his arms and knees. Plus, the pose he’s pulling with the two blasters looks nice.
Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker - Kylo Ren ARTFX+ Figure
The Best-Dressed Guy - When He Has The Helmet On - In The Sequel Trilogy
Kylo Ren is one of the coolest-looking characters in the sequel trilogy. So, of course, a figure of him will look good, too. This one is inspired by Rise of Skywalker. He’s wearing his black robes, hood, and signature mask. In his right hand is his red crossguard lightsaber.

After The Force Awakens, you didn’t often see Kylo Ren in his full gear with his helmet. Yet, it is a great look, which is part of what makes this Kotobukiya Figure a desirable one. After all, he’s wearing an outfit that heavily resembles the one you see on screen.
While the suit looks good, the helmet is the best part. It contains all the cracks from Ren smashing it into the wall, as well as all the other small details needed for it to look like the movie version. The lightsaber could be a better re-creation, as they’ve gone for a less smooth design, which doesn’t work too well. The figure as a whole looks fantastic, though.

Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi - The Little Rebels Battle Of Endor ARTFX Kotobukiya Figure
The Galactic Empire Couldn’t Handle Cute Little Bears
AT-STs are highly advanced machines, but even they struggled against the might of Ewoks during the Battle of Endor. This is what inspired this figure. It features a dirty AT-ST getting attacked by a group of Ewoks. All the little creatures are different colors and have distinct facial expressions. Plus, they’re all participating in the battle in their own ways.
This one is certainly different from the items you’ll find in ourStar Wars Black Series action figures guide, as it’s more of a diorama. It’s undoubtedly a visually pleasing diorama, though. All the Ewoks look adorable, and the designer deserves credit for giving them distinct facial expressions that make them feel dissimilar to one another and add a layer of personality to each one.

On top of that, the concept of this one is pretty creative. Of course, it’s based on the Battle of Endor, but it isn’t like it’s based on a specific shot of the sequence. The designer has used inspiration from the battle to craft something unique.
Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Obi-Wan Kenobi ARTFX+ Kotobukiya Figure
He’s Using His Lightsaber To Guard The Only Part Of His Torso That Is Armored
Obi-Wan has a stylish getup in The Clone Wars. He wears a sweet Jedi robe and armor combination, perfect for the wartime he is in throughout that series. As this figure is based on that version of the character, he’s wearing the same thing. He’s also got the classic comb-over hair and a big beard. To top it all off, he’s guarding himself with his lightsaber.

Every version of Obi-Wan Kenobi is excellent, but The Clone Wars version is arguably the greatest. The fact he’s animated likely makes him the most suited to being transformed into a figure. This Kotobukiya figure is excellent proof of that, as it looks just like the Jedi.
His armored robes look just like they do in the series. The same can be said of his hair and beard, which are shaped exactly like they should be. The cherry on top of the figure is the pose, as it’s perfect for showing off his impressive blue lightsaber.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens - C-3PO, R2-D2, and BB-8 ARTFX+ Kotobukiya Figure
Three Droids In One
C-3PO, R2-D2, and BB-8 are the most beloved droids in Star Wars, and they all have figures in this set. They all look like they do in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. So, besides his red arm, C-3PO is tall and mostly gold. R2-D2 is fairly short and is sporting blue and white colors. BB-8 is white and orange, and he’s also really small and round.
The fact that this is three droids in one is its main selling point. Yet, three-in-one wouldn’t mean much if the figures themselves weren’t very good. Thankfully, the C-3PO, R2-D2, and BB-8 figures are all exceptional.
To say they resemble the movie versions would actually be an understatement. They look like they have just shrunk down and walked out of the screen to join Kotobukiya’s line. Each one is incredibly detailed, and the manufacturers have even included C-3PO’s red arm.
Star Wars: The Book Of Boba Fett - Boba Fett ARTFX+ Kotobukiya Figure
Still One Of The Most Iconic Star Wars Characters
The older, more grizzled version of Boba Fett still has an amazing-looking suit. It has been masterfully re-created for this figure. Therefore, he has the classic green helmet, green chest plate, some yellow shoulder plates, brown boots, and maroon wristguards. It also comes with a replaceable head in case you want a helmet-less Boba Fett.
The Book of Boba Fett isn’t likely to inspire a bunch ofgreat Star Wars board gamesor video games like the movies do, but it did inspire this Kotobukiya figure. Star Wars fans should thank the series for doing so because it’s an incredible Boba Fett figure.
Everything from the helmet to the blaster to the jet pack looks exactly like they do in the series. This is down to the minute details, such as scratches and scuffs that you will also see in the show. If you really want to be reminded of The Book of Boba Fett, you can replace the helmet with a brilliant head sculpt of Temuera Morrison, who plays the titular character.

What Is The Rarest Star Wars Figure?
As there have been so many Star Wars toys and figures, several of them are really rare. Arguably, the rarest is the Boba Fett action figure with the ‘j’ shaped missile launcher made by Kenner.
