While the fate of humanity hangs in the balance inStellar Blade, true heroes know that sometimes the greatest battles are fought on a smaller scale. Stellar Blade features exceptional side quests that introduce a new cast of unique characters and offer some of the game’s most impactful moments.
Some of these optional adventures explore the gray areas of morality that arise when survival becomes the only priority. So, if you want to take a break from slicing through the Naytiba aliens in the main story, here are side quests that offer more than just rewards — they’re unforgettable stories and a glimpse into the war-torn world beyond the main narrative.
7The Scavenger’s Story
You will come across this quest early on in the game, where you will interact with Kaya, a scavenger you meet atSister’s Junk shop in Xion. Kaya seeks your help retrieving parts from her bike, which she left in the Wasteland area when she runs into some Naytiba.
When you set out to find the bike, you will have to fight off some droids in the area and jump over rocky terrain to get to it (you can use theair dashor theDouble Jump skillhere). Once you have located the bike, you will realize that it is too damaged to salvage; however, you can still bring back her trunk. Upon completion of this quest, you will receive 800 gold and polymer materials as your reward.
Completing this side quest will also unlock theEncounter side questfor Kaya.
6The First Customer
This quest is only accessible after acquiring aranged weapon from Lily-Artemisand completing theXion: Last Remaining City main quest. You will bump into Kasim, the owner of Gwen’s hair salon, located around the middle of Xion’s map. He compliments your hair for being dull and in the process of questioning him, Kasim asks you to find three specific items: Scissors, Dryer, and Straightener.
In exchange for finding these items, he will offer to style your hair. You will have to look for these items in the Wasteland area around the junkyard. Once you have all three items, you can return to the salon and hand over the recovered tools to complete the quest, which will unlock the ability to customize Eve’s hair.

5The Reboot
Even though this is a side quest, it still plays a major role in unlocking camp functionality in the game. The quest becomes available as soon as you enter the Wasteland, and you mustreactivate a critical solar towerin Xion. This will be apparent after speaking to Adam, who will inform you that the tower’s critical systems are offline, causing power outages across Xion.
The process will be started by finding and reactivating four reboot drones, after which you will have to head over to the solar tower. Keep in mind that you will have todefeat a Stalker enemyaround this area before you proceed to activate the solar panel to restore power.
4The Lost Ark
This quest offers an interesting approach where you have to solve a series of puzzles to complete. The quest itself focuses on a mysterious group known as Ark-Tech and is triggered when you encounter Mann in the Presence Chamber, who is troubled over the recent disappearance of a radical and asks you to track him down.
As you start the quest, you will be required to find six Passcode letters spread throughout the city of Xion in the form of symbols hidden in a puzzle. These symbols are the key to unlocking the entrance to the Lost Ark, and they might be painted on walls, displayed on signs, or even etched on random objects. Entering the correct code unlocks the entrance to the Lost Ark. Your objective here is to investigate four bodies to determine what happened inside the Ark.
To access this quest, you must progress through the main story until you reach Xion aftervisiting Altess Levoire.
3Keeping Secrets
This quest only becomes available after completing theAltess Levoiremain story mission and the Looking for You side quest. The quest begins when you head toThe Last Gulp bar in Xion, where you will talk to Enya, who seems troubled and confides in you about how she is suspecting that Su is seeing someone else based on Bo’s rumors.
Bo doesn’t offer any valuable information, so you will need to talk to Kaya at Sister’s Junk. She reveals that Su recently left on a mission to the Solar Tower in the Wasteland, searching for spare parts to build new legs for Enya. You will then have to visit the Wasteland, where you will find Su injured inside one of the containers within the crashed ship during her search and was unable to return to Xion on his own.
2The Stolen Treasure
In this quest, you will find a distressed man by the name of Lyle, the shop owner, standing behind the counter. Upon talking to him, he reveals that his daughter Arin has run away with his precious gilt-bronze Buddha statue and pleads with you to locate her and retrieve the stolen treasure.
You will first have to talk to Kaya at the Sister’s Junk Shop about Arin’s whereabouts, and she informs you that Arin might have gone to a villa located in the Wasteland. You will encounter Arin, who is surrounded by Naytibas, and you will have to utilize your combat skills to get rid of them. You will eventually return Arin to Lyle to complete the quest, which unlocks Lyle’s shop in Xion that has interesting items and costumes available for purchase.
1Angel Of Death
Similar to the Reebot side quest, this is another essential quest in the game that unlocks access to specific useful items in the game. The quest is available in Xion and follows your character, Eve, as she attempts to help a man in an alley who claims looters took his sister.
As you go down the alley, a short cutscene will play, which will show Eve being attacked before she eventually passes out. Eve will then wake up only to find herself imbued with a new ability (Double Jump) that was given to her by Lily as part of her treatment after getting jumped.
