Summary
The Preseason Battle Pass inXDefiantcosts 700 XCoins to purchase, and comes with 50 levels of goodies, plus a few instant rewards. There are a few items that you’re able to unlock through the Battle Pass for free, but most of the skins, particularly the really special ones, require you to purchase the pass.
Some of these skins are callbacks to other Ubisoft titles, some of them are entirely their own thing, and many of them are pretty cool. Here are the best skins in XDefiant’s Preseason Battle Pass.

10Rabbids Emoji Pack
Battle Pass Level 41
A great start for anyone with an unhealthy attachment to the rabbids, whether it started long ago or came with thesurprisingly fantastic Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle. The rabbids are either a love them or hate them kind of deal.
For those that love the rabbids, at Level 41 or the Battle Pass, you’re able to unlock the Rabbids Emoji Pack, allowing you to interact with other players throughout the game with Rabbid Emoji’s, or give someone a nice rabbid thumbs up for their performance after the match. It’s the perfect way to spice up your in-game theatrics and either endear yourself to everyone else, or get on their bad side. Either way, at least you’ll know where everyone stands.

9FireStorm Legendary MDR Skin
Battle Pass Level 50
The final unlock on the Battle Pass, at Level 50, you unlock the Firestorm Legendary Skin for the MDR, the Assault Rifle that is unlocked at Battle Pass Level 10 for free.
This is one of the most unique skins in the game, coming with not just a new paint-job, but some unique texture-work and a slight change to the weapon model, particularly at the back where a flammable gas-canister appears to be mounted.

8Hibiscus Common Beto Skin
Battle Pass Level 34
For fans of floral shirts, Level 34 of the Battle Pass has you covered with the Hibiscus Common Skin for Beto of the Libertad faction. Whether you enjoy floral shirts ironically or sincerely, you have to admit that Beto is pulling off this look with style, and it is not an easy look to wear well.
This is a much more colorful shirt than Beto’s default, and for those who want to add a little bit of brightness to their in-game personality, this is the shirt for you.

7Hi-Velocity Rare Samir Skin
Battle Pass Level 23
Somehow both muted and bright, the 23rd Level of the Battle Pass comes with the Rare Samir Skin Hi-Velocity. A combo of jet-black and a kind of neon yellow/green, this is the look for those who want to seem stealthy, but don’t want to sacrifice style.
And let’s be honest, while this looks slick, it still looks weirdly comfy, too. Samir is one of theunlockable characters for the Echelon faction, and this skin is worth having once he’s unlocked.

6Lux Epic P90 Skin
Battle Pass Level 21
Another absolutely fantastic weapon skin on what’s already one of thebest weapons in the game, Level 21 of the Battle Pass unlocks the Lux Epic P90 Skin. With a combination of colors that is only ever tremendous or tragic, the Lux P90 skin is fortunately one of the former.
Gold can often look very tacky, but the white and vibrant purple offset the gold perfectly here for a weapon that doubles as a work of art. The P90 already has a very unique and funky shape, it would be a shame not to combo that with a unique and funky skin, wouldn’t it?

5Dungaree Common Gia Skin
Battle Pass Level 19
Level 19 of the Battle Pass unlocks the Dungaree Common Gia Skin. One of Dedsec, Gia is not hurting for skins in XDefiant, but the Dungaree might be her best. Her cool split pink-and-purple hair match with her muted purple undershirt, and a brown jacket that really shouldn’t work somehow works beautifully.
Combined with Gia’s trademark beanie, this time a light grey, the Dungaree is a clash of colors that work together to make something vibrant.

4Anarchy Rare Gia Skin/Rare ACR 6.8 Skin
Instant Reward
Simply buying the Preseason Battle Pass unlocks the Instant Rewards for you, which happen to include two different Anarchy skins, one for Gia and one for the ACR 6.8. Both of these skins fit a particular theme: Gia’s outfit is transformed into something with a lot more black matched with a bit of red plaid and white accents, alongside her usual pink/purple hair.
The Anarchy Weapon Skin for the ACR 6.8 is another one of the best weapon skins in the game. While this doesn’t change the weapon model like the Firestorm Skin for the MDR, it does add some really cool designs to the ACR, including a root beer sticker near the magazine and Anarchy symbol on the back.

3Arc Common Rafa Skin
Battle Pass Level 2
While it’s nothing flashy, the Level 2 Arc Common Rafa Skin in the Battle Pass is simple and smooth. A combo of an almost waterlike, muted blue mixed with a bit of black with white accents makes for something that might not look special when first seen, but the more you look, the more little details emerge.
There’s so much texture all over this thing, from the scale-like material on the forearms to the diamond shapes on the torso. It’s a perfect mixture of simple and complex: easy and rewarding to look at.

2Lux Common Player Card
Battle Pass Level 31
The only Player Card on this list, Level 31 unlocks the Lux Common Player Card for you to equip, changing your Player Of The Game background and Killscreen when you eliminate enemies.
A pink/gold/black combo, this is one of the brightest options when it comes to these two customization options, and would match with your Lux P90 weapon skin beautifully. Run this with Gia and her pink/purple hair, and you might just start a trend.

1Firestorm Legendary Green Skin
Battle Pass Level 37
Unlocking at Level 37 of the Battle Pass is the Firestorm Legendary Green Skin. Much like the Firestorm MDR skin unlocked at Level 50, this Green Skin has some truly unique elements going on with it, most notably the embers floating up from the burning portions of his suit.
It’s a loot that suit Green perfectly, and might just suit you perfectly, too.
