Utilize Destructible Environmental Objects To Your Advantage

It’s not just waves of enemies and bosses you can damage. As you’ve surely experienced, you can alsodamage and destroy environmental objects. This includes everything you see around you, like skulls, cacti, and more. Destroying these can provide various benefits; you canobtain Gold, Power, and Health from them.

Among these destructible objects, there is also an object thatappears as a flame trapped within a crystal. This one is harder to destroy compared to the others. However, once you destroy it a few times, it transforms into an indestructible source thatperiodically provides Power.Utilizing this will give you a significant advantage.

You will have acertain amount of time between wavesto destroy these objects. You can use this time to destroy these objects and gain their benefits.

Similarly, you can place your vehicle-like base in areas rich with destructible objects. When enemies enter this area, they will destroy these objects for you. Some Cluckmechs will mine by destroying objectsinstead of targeting enemies. If you have suitable Cluckmech slots, choosing these towers can be a good strategy.

Pay Attention To Maps In Each Level

Another important aspect to consider is maps themselves. Some maps feature more than one base where enemies spawn. Similarly, there might be multiple pathsleading to the location where you set up your mobile base.

You should position your Cluckmechs accordingly, keeping these factors in mind. For instance, in the case of two paths, you might place a Guardian-type Cluckmech on the path you frequent less often, and behind it,a Cluckmech that can heal the Guardian. This setup will reduce your worries about that particular path.

Additionally, some paths leading to your base might be wide, while others might be narrow. Enemy waves may pass through these narrow paths. If you have trap-type Cluckmechs, they are effective for narrow paths, ensuring thatevery enemy in the wave gets caught in your trap.

You might have multiple options for placing your Mobile Base. Consider the shape of the area, the paths leading to the spot where you will place your base, and how your Clukcmechs will perform along these paths.Strategically placing your base, taking these factors into account, willgive you a significant advantage right from the start.

Lure Bosses Far From Your Mobile Base

The bosses you encounter at the end of each stagewill become increasingly powerful. The later bosses have strong and destructive abilities, so they are likely to destroy your Clukcmechs. If a boss destroys your Cluckmech and you still have other Cluckmechs in the area, lure the boss away.

When the boss follows you, lead it asfar from your mobile baseas possible. Once you have it in a distant area, start dealing damage to the boss. At a certain point, theboss will become angryand move towards to your base. By luring the boss away before it gets enraged, you’ll give your base more time to protect itself.

You can predict when the boss is enraged by looking at thered bar filling up beneath its health bar.

Additionally, if you’ve successfully lured the boss, you canlay traps along the pathyou lead it on to deal extra damage.

Invest In Base Defenses Against Enraged Bosses

When a boss’s anger bar fills up, it will head towards your base, making it challenging if your base is not well-secured. Therefore, it is beneficial to invest the power you earn into placing Cluckmechs around your base. Guardian and trap-type Cluckmechs are particularly useful in this situation.

Furthermore, if available, a Cluckmech like thePeacock Tower that can healGuardians will be advantageous.

Choose The Right Cluckmechs To Upgrade

You need to manage your hard-earned gold wisely. As you progress on the overmap, you will inevitablyencounter the Workshop. In the Workshop, you can spend your gold to upgrade your Cluckmechs and give them certain perks. It’s crucial to make smart investments when upgrading your Cluckmechs.

For example, if you haveGuardian-type Cluckmechslike the Scarecluck and the Mech Turtle, both costing three power, it’s more logical toinvest in the Cluckmech you use more frequently. If the Mech Turtle is your preferred choice, then focus your upgrades on it.

If these two Cluckmechs had different costs, investing in both might be beneficial, but investing in two Cluckmechs of the same type and cost may not be very advantageous.

Additionally, even if you don’t have any coins, visiting the Workshop is still worthwhile because thefirst upgrade you make there is free.

Consider Strategically For Supply Choices

When you visit the Supply section on the overmap, you will be presented with two options. Your first option is togain 50 Gold, and your second option is tochoose Savings. If you choose Savings, the rewards you receive the next time you visit the Supply section will increase. When making this decision, be sure toconsider the current state of the overmapand the Cluckmechs you possess.

For example, if the locations you can visit after the Supply section include the Workshop and Shop, taking the 50 coins might be a wise choice. However, if these locations are not available and a Battle is next, and you also have a limited number of Cluckmechs, thenchoosing Savings is more logical.

By doing this, the next time you visit the Supply section, you will have the option to receive two Circus ChameleonCluckmechs. Additionally, you can choose to forgo these rewards in the future to further increase the rewards.

Choose Your Turrets According To Your Initial Talents

You have five characters to choose from, each with two unique basic skills. Additionally, the Initial Cluckmech, thatprovided to you for free at the start, will vary depending on the character you choose.

Each character has four Initial Talents to choose from. When purchasing Cluckmechs, you shouldfollow the path according to your character’s talent.

For example, Warcluck’s Artillery Stronghold talent will provide bonuses tailored to Turret and Guardian types. Therefore, paying attention to the synergy between your character’s talent and the Cluckmechs you purchase from the shop canmake your Cluckmechs more effective.

Select Workshop Upgrades According To Cluckmech Types

When upgrading your turrets in the Workshop, you’ll be presented with achoice of three perks.Being careless in these choices can lead to wasting your gold. Some perks depend onwhether you have other Cluckmech types.

If you don’t have that Cluckmech type, choosing that perk may not be very logical, asthere is no guarantee that you will acquire that type of Cluckmech later on. Therefore, before selecting such perks, check and if you don’t have that turret type, choose other perks instead.
