Everyone’s favorite robot dog, Archie, has decided to explore the far reaches ofDestiny 2’splanets. From now until The Final Shape launches, Archie can be found on a new planet each week. Speak to Ada-1 to start the quest, uncover Archie’s last location, and you’ll be awarded with ten Trophies of Bravery and lore pages.
This week, Archie has traveled to the EDZ to grab some tea from Devrim Kay. Head to the European Dead Zone, investigate some notable locations, and earn some easy Trophies of Bravery. This guide will briefly cover all of Archie’s locations in the EDZ, complete with images and directions.
Where In The EDZ Is Archie?
Archie decided to visit the EDZ this week to get some tea. As per usual, inspect Archie’s previous location in the Tower and speak with Ada-1 to begin the quest. You’ll need to visit the EDZ and speak with Devrim Kay to start the search for Archie. They can be found in four different locations in the EDZ:
Fireplace Location
The first Archie location mentions a golden bird and a fireplace. This is referring to the entrance tothe Hawkmoon Exotic mission from Season of the Hunt.You can find the fireplace on the second floor of the ABS Kastner building, located directly east of the Trostland church.
Drop down from Devrim’s sniper position, look east, and you should see a small staircase that leads to a building. Hop up to the second floor, and you should see Archie’s glowing paw prints. Interact with them to start the next step.
Fishing Spot Location
Archie’s next location can be found on theeastern edge of The Outskirts, the region adjacent to Trostland. Once you drive around the bend that leads to the zone, head directly south until you find a small body of water with a fishing platform. Walk near the nearby rock to find Archie’s paw prints.
A Ship Full Of Tanks And Space Rhinos Location
Cayde-6 referred to the Echion as “a ship full of tanks and space rhinos” during the Red War, so that’s where you’ll go next.The Echion is a massive Cabal warship that’s located in the Sunken Isles.You’ll find Archie’s paw prints right in front of the loading ramp for the ship. Clear out the enemies guarding the ship first.
A Place Where We Reclaimed The Light Location
Guardians reclaimed their Light through a shard of the Traveler within the depths of the EDZ.Head to The Sludge and follow the stream on the nothern edge of the region.It’s usually guarded by a few Cabal Legionaries. Follow the stream til its end, and you should see a massive Cabal jamming device.Interact with the jamming device to disable it, revealing the path forward.
You’ll have to go through a short series of combat encounters with the Taken and Cabal.Each arena has a handful of Cabal jammers you must disablebefore you may proceed. Kill the enemies, disable the jamming devices, and jump through the Taken portals until you find Archie.
The final region will be the shard of the Traveler itself. Archie will be held captive by a small group of Red Legion forces, including a fairly weak miniboss.Damage the boss enemy until they become immune, then disable the nearby Cabal jammers.Once all three are disabled, kill the boss and rescue Archie. Speak to Ada-1 when you’re done to finish the quest and earn Archie’s next reward: an empty cup of Devrim Kay’s favorite tea.
