Summary
At some point inHades 2, while you’re delving into the Underworld, you’ll be introduced to the concept of Elements alongside your Boons. For the most part, they won’t really do anything until you pick up an Infusion Boon from a handful of the Gods.
These Infusion Boons rely heavily on the number of Elements you have grabbed, adding an additional layer into how you consider what Boons you are going to take on. Of course, what elements you lean toward is heavily dependent on what Gods you have run across - but some elements are definitely better than others, giving you the best shot at success.

Please note that the following contains spoilers for Hades 2.
Given that the game is still in Early Access, some information may be subject to change.
Water Fitness
When you have 4 Water Boons gain +100 Max Life
It’s unfortunate, but there just aren’t that many water-based Infusion Boons. Of course, the one you can get your hands on is incredibly useful and worth taking the time to get (should you be fortunate enough to come across enough water Boons). If you want it, you’re likely going to have to chase down Poseidon every chance you get.

The Water Fitness Infusion Boon raises your Max Life by 100 points, which is quite a significant jump. Combine that with certain Arcana Cards and Centaur Hearts, and you should have enough health that you could easily tank most fights.
You might end up using more than your fair share of Death Defiance’sor even Moros’ Keepsake, the Engraved Pin, but your health will probably be high enough to keep forging onward.

Aphrodite
Wispy Wiles
Gain a 15% chance of Dodging any type of damage when you have 4 Air Boons
Zeus
Air Quality
Never deal less than 30 Damage when you have 5 Air Boons
While Air-oriented Boons are relatively common and easy to get ahold of, their infusion Boons aren’t necessarily the best ones on the market. However, the fact that there’s at least more than one Infusion Boon does make them slightly more appealing and easier to access.

Wispy Wiles gives you a chance to Dodge any damage you may take, which can come in handy if it kicks in during a high-damage moment. After all, if you can mitigate the amount of damage you’re taking, then you’re going to be around to fight for longer.
Air Quality, on the other hand, is an incredibly appealing Boon because it guarantees you a minimum amount of damage. Depending on your chosen Boons and weapons, you can deal anywhere from five damage to upwards of 400 damage per hit. Having that relatively high minimum means that you’ll be coasting through, even as you venture into Tartarus.
Apollo
Self Healing
When you have at least three Fire Boons, restore 30% life over five seconds whenever you take damage.
Hestia
Slow Cooker
Your Attacks and Specials gain +2 Power for every Fire Boon you have
Fire Infusion Boons are probably some of the best you’re able to angle for. Not only are Fire Boons really easy to get your hands on, but the Infusion Boons offered target both defense and offense.
Apollo’s Self Healing Infusion Boon requires only three Fire Boons and mitigates the amount of damage you take by restoring just a bit. If you havea high resistance from something like God Mode, or you’re just good at negating the amount of damage that you take throughout every fight, this could be a nice Infusion Boon to look into.
However, Hestia’s Slow Cooker Infusion Boon is absolutely fantastic. Slow Cooker grants you additional power for every Fire Boon that you have in your arsenal. With Hestia’s aid, you’re able to absolutely turn the hearth into a raging wildfire that tears through the different stages.
Demeter
Coarse Grit
When you have 6 Earth Boons you will only take 15 max damage
Hephaestus
Martial Art
Your Attack and Special deal +5% damage for each Earth Boon in your arsenal
Hera
Proper Upbringing
All of your Common Boons become Rare when you have three Earth Boons
Nothing can really top Earth. It’s the best Element in Hades 2. It has some of the best Infusion Boons, especially when you take it into the final fight. The Earth Infusion Boons target your other boons, your offense, and your defense, too, making this element fully encompassing and enjoyable. Not to mention, it’s pretty easy to get your hands on other Earth Boons, so loading up on this element should be relatively easy.
Hera’s Proper Upbringing Boon improves the rarity of all your common boons after you have at least three Earth Elements. Hephaestus’ Infusion Boon, Martial Art, increases your Attack and Special by five percent for each Earth Element.
And the best one of all, Demeter’s Coarse Grit, raises your defense so much that the maximum amount of damage you take is mitigated to a measly 15.When you’re dealing with Chronos, who can deal 400+ damage attacks in his second phase, you really want to have Coarse Grit - it’s the best Infusion Boon.
