On the other hand, the fact that thefighting area is limitedto the boat beingnot very largeis also not in your favor.

Pagurus, The Ravenous

Pagurus, The Ravenousis one of the most interesting and dangerous bosses in the game. Initially encountered in The Sands Between, this boss is one you cansomehow bypass and avoidas you travel to other areas of the game. Krill fighting Camtscha in Another Crab’s Treasure

Despite being quite fast and hard-hitting for its size, this boss has one flaw. If youexploit this flaw, it will drop to F-tier. By unlocking the Scrap Hammer skill and going into battlewith two Banana Peel shells, feeding them to Pagurus, you can easily defeat it.

Grovekeeper Topoda

One of the things that setsGrovekeeper Topodaapart is that, unlike most enemies and bosses you encounter, it’s a mantis shrimp. These sea creatures, already famous for theirpowerful punchesunderwater, are well-represented in the game.

Since Topoda has very fast and powerful punches, knowingwhen to use the shells in the areacan be advantageous in this battle.

B Tier Bosses In Another Crab’s Treasure

Nephro, Captain Of The Guard

Nephro, Captain of the Guardis thefirst main story bossyou will face in the game. Before this battle, you’ve been fighting simple enemies like sardines and crabs, so suddenly fighting Nephro can feel like asignificant jump in difficulty.

Unlike the first boss in many games, Nephro is not particularly easy.

Especially since it’s thefirst time you use the shellin this fight, not being able to use it effectively can be a punishing experience.

Royal Shellspitter

If you explore every nook and cranny of the game, you will likely encounter the first optional boss, Royal Shellsplitter, in The Shallows. Considering the ease of the area it’s found in, it’s no less challenging than Nephro.

Whileit might be a bit slower, it compensates for this with itsFrightening status effect.

Additionally, with its aggro attack and crushing attack types, it’s fair to say that it doesn’t lack anything compared to a regular boss.

Magista, Tyrant Of Slacktide

Magista, Tyrant of Slacktide, may not be the boss you were expecting to fight. When you return to Fort Slacktide, you’ll encounter the aggressive and corrupted castle residents and Duchess Magista, who has been influenced by the gunk.

Magista has quiteeffective long-range attacks with her chained ball, and since shefrequently spews gunk, it can be a bit annoying for you. Her aggro attack is also quite dangerous andcan take a significant portion of your healthif caught off guard.

Voltai, The Accumulator

Voltai, the Accumulator, is a main story boss in Flotsam Vale, and she is an eel. Unlike other battles, Voltaidoesn’t move around much.

She only emerges from one corner of the battlefield and uses different electric machines. Afterward, she moves to another location and uses a different machine.

Frankly, the machines other than the toaster can be a bit annoying. Additionally, because it moves around and you need to be cautious against its machines, this will be a lengthy battle.

Roland, The Venture Crabitalist

Roland, the Venture Crabitalist, is a boss you eagerly anticipate facing and the only obstacle between you and the treasure you seek. Roland certainly deals heavy damage, butit can’t be said that its attack animations are very fast.

If you’ve improved your parrying skills, you caneasily evade his attacks.

Additionally, his rolling attack doesn’t target you directly andleaves him vulnerableafterward, so it’s not very advantageous for Roland.

The only thing you need to watch out for with Roland is when it has very little health left, as he draws so many canes and uses adangerous attack pattern.

C Tier Bosses In Another Crab’s Treasure

The Consortium

The Consortiumis an optional boss formed by imprisoning a multitude of sea creatures in a cage. Unlike other bosses, you can’t defeat the Consortium by simply hitting. You need to defeat itby cutting the ropes holding the cagethat imprisons it.

While this boss has many attack patterns, it can’t be said to be excessively fast. It also has ranged attacks, but they are easy to dodge. Nevertheless, you need to defeat this boss tolearn the adaptation called Tactical Tentacle.

The Ceviche Sisters

What makes theCeviche Sisterstruly unique is not just facing one buttwo bosses at the same time. While being suddenlyexposed to their long-range attacksmight surprise you at first, overcoming them isn’t all that difficult.

These bosses,no different from the other pistol shrimpsin Flotsam Vale, become a piece of cake to deal with once you swiftly defeat one of them, leaving the other to be easily defeated.

Petroch, The False Moon Boss

Petroch, The False Moon, is the first boss you encounter in The Unfathom. What makes it most difficult is thatyou can’t reach any Moon Snail until you defeat Petroch.

Therefore, you won’t be able to access other areas of the game until then. Other than that, there isn’t anything particularly interesting about Petroch.

Itcreates one or more crystalson the battlefield after its attacks. As long as you pay attention to these crystals, it’s not a particularly challenging boss.

You can also parry its attacks easily, and you won’t have any trouble as long as youdon’t hit it when it retreats into its shell.

D Tier Bosses In Another Crab’s Treasure

Diseased Lichenthrope

The first boss you will encounter in Expired Grove isDiseased Lichentrope. Despite having different attack patterns, it’s not particularly impressive.

Its aggro attack involvestrying to pull you into its mouth, but you may easily avoid this by quickly running in the opposite direction.

If you quickly deal with themoss-covered crabs it summons, this boss isn’t very challenging. The gunk pools it creates on the field also don’t make things difficult for you due to the size of the arena.

Curdled Carbonara Connoisseur

Curdled Carbonara Connoisseur, which isn’t much different from Polluted Platoon Pathfinder, is an optional boss you’ll encounter in Expired Grove.

Unfortunately, its crushing and aggro attacks don’t make it a particularly dangerous boss. Although the tongs it wields provide a good range for combat, it still has very predictable attack patterns.

Scuttling Sludge Steamroller

Scuttling Sludge Steamrollerisn’t a particularly challenging boss. In fact, it wouldn’t be accurate to say it’s very uniquely designed. It doesn’t differ much in appearance or attack patterns from Polluted Platoon Pathfinder and Curdled Carbonara Connoisseur.

What sets it apart is thepaint roller it wieldsand its tendency tocreate a lot of gunk on the fieldwhile attacking. As long as you pay attention to the gunk, defeating this boss won’t take much of your time.

F Tier Bosses In Another Crab’s Treasure

Polluted Platoon Pathfinder

Before encountering Moon Snail, you face this boss. It’s a massive crab, butit doesn’t have particularly impressive attacks, speed, or attack patterns.

Even if you lose while fighting it, you’ll likely defeat it with just one or two additional attempts.

When you defeat it, the achievement description even states, ‘Defeated a miniboss’. Since the game itself doesn’t categorize it as a boss, it would be unfair to consider it one in comparison to the others, wouldn’t it?
