Electivire has moves that use up to 20,000 volts of power, which would be a huge advantage. It can use moves like Thunderbolt and Charge to assist you.
9Gyarados

Islands would be superb spots to take over during Fallout. Since there wasn’t a lot of fuel left over for boats, islands were mostly left to whoever was on them at the time. Scizor is also an insect and uses its pincers to scare away enemies, which would be beneficial when going against smallermutated animals and objects. Scizor can also regulate its own body temperature, which would be an asset when traveling.
